Refund and Return Policy


Thank you for your purchase in our store, refund or return. You must first register for this store and leave your email contact information.

Our refund and return policy is 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we will not be able to provide you with a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Shipping is free on several types of items. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be shipped. We also do not accept products that are exposure or hygiene products, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

In order to complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchased product back to the manufacturer.

In some cases, only a partial refund is retrieved:

Books with obvious signs of use
A CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record has been opened.
Any item that is not in original condition, damaged or missing parts due to an error not our fault.
Any items returned more than 30 days after delivery


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We confirm that we will notify you or deny your refund.

If you’re approved, your refund will be processed and a credit automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet, please first check the bank account you received it from.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time for your refund to be officially issued.

Next contact your bank. There is usually some processing time before a refund is issued.

Special offer items cannot be refunded.


We only replace items that are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please email us to have your item sent to our physical store address.


If an item is marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive gift points for the value of the item. Once the return is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or the gift giver sent the order to themselves for delivery to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will be informed of your return.

Import transportation

If you need to return your product, you should mail your product to the physical address of this mall.

You will be responsible for paying your own return shipping charges. Shipping charges are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the shipping invoice will be returned as part of your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your replacement product to be in your hands may vary.

If you want to return a more expensive item, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your item back.
